2. Invite your consultant to your business premises for a tour.
You will be able to get to know your consultant better and they will be able to initially assess whether in their opinion your company qualifies to be transformed or turned around.
3. Invite your consultat to your business for more in depth initial visit.
Your consultant will have interviews with your staff and after this vistit they will decide whether to start the turnaround process. You will only decide now whether you want to cooperate with us or not. If you do want to use our services you will most likely introduce our consultant as your transformation director or any other designation suitable to your busines structure.
